Animal | Humano

Directed by Alessandro Pugno

“Animal/Human, by Italian director Alessandro Pugno, is not a film about bullfighting, but rather a life lesson.” - GATROPOLIS

”Exquisite cinematographic sensitivity”
- CRITICALIA

“Pugno, manages to portray a subject that is so taboo for manypeople and so revered by others in an original and organic way, contrasting bull and bullfighter, while making us wonder evenwhere we are capable as humanity”- CINE ARGENTINO HOY

Synopsis

In a small town in Italy, the boy Matteo lives surrounded by coffins and sickness. Faced with this nonsense every day, he dreams of dying a hero's death in the bullring.
